Disney Duet Brings Hawaiian Soul to John Legend’s “All of Me”

One of the most iconic ballads of the last decade is getting a fresh take and a bit of island soul. John Legend’s 14× Platinum hit “All of Me” has been reimagined as a Hawaiian-inspired duet, performed by two rising stars from the ever-expanding Disney universe.

The track was produced and recorded at Island Sound Studios—a fitting choice, considering, as a statement from the company reveals, “Island Sound Studios is the legendary studio where the original ‘All of Me’ was recorded.” Now, it’s home to a version that blends heartfelt vocals with tropical warmth, all under the co-production of 2× GRAMMY-winner Josh Giunta.

At the heart of this new release are Sydney Agudong, who plays Nani in the upcoming Lilo & Stitch live-action remake, and Hualālai Chung, set to appear as Moni in Moana 2. Both bring a fresh energy to the familiar tune, infusing it with a sense of place and personality that feels distinctly Hawaiian.

“This is more than a cover—it’s a tribute, a love letter to Hawaiʻi, and a powerful vocal showcase with mainstream appeal,” the company explains. It’s a thoughtful reinterpretation designed to resonate with fans of adult contemporary, pop, and crossover genres—or anyone who simply appreciates a well-crafted duet.

Slated for release on May 23, 2025, the song is radio-ready, FCC clean, and already being positioned as a standout for summer playlists. With nods to the styles of Colbie Caillat and Bruno Mars, this version of “All of Me” offers something both soothing and striking.
