Schmitty Signs with The Neal Agency

For anyone not yet familiar, The Neal Agency (TNA) has quickly become one of Nashville’s most trusted booking firms, known for shaping a roster that reflects both artistic vision and shared values. Now, the company is adding another name to its lineup: Midwest-born and Warner Chappell Music singer-songwriter, Schmitty.

The Washburn, North Dakota native announced that he has signed with TNA just as he readies the release of his debut six-song EP, Office With A View, arriving this Friday.

“I couldn’t think of a better home for my booking than The Neal Agency,” Schmitty shared in a statement. “Jake, Ryan, and the team feel like family and share the same values I grew up with back home in the Midwest. With a roster that looks like my playlist and a winning culture all around, it’s a dream come true. Let’s get to work!”

TNA’s Jake Moore responded with equal enthusiasm: “We are thrilled to welcome Schmitty to our roster. His mix of raw talent and storytelling instantly stood out.”

That storytelling is rooted in the environment that shaped him. Raised along the rural banks of the Missouri River, Schmitty spent his early years working on his family’s grain farm before a neighbor introduced him to his first guitar chords at age 13. He recalls, “That’s where the music bug bit me.” Music was also a family inheritance—his grandfather sang with the Hall of Fame barbershop quartet, The Schmitt Brothers.

In leaving behind farm life for Nashville, Schmitty carried with him both his musical influences—The Eagles, The Allman Brothers—and a determination to create songs grounded in honesty. His style balances jam-band energy with a lyrical focus on real-life experiences, something that has already resonated with listeners online. One YouTube video drew millions of views, confirming his belief that music is his calling.

With tracks like “Cadillac,” “This Side of the Porchlight,” and the EP’s title cut “Office With A View,” Schmitty is building on both his roots and his ambitions. The project will be distributed by Cmd Shft, while Warner Chappell’s Jessi Stevenson represents him for publishing and Fusion Music’s Dylan McGraw and Daniel Miller guide his management.

Now, with The Neal Agency handling his booking, Schmitty is positioned for the next stage of his career—a move that bridges his small-town upbringing with the opportunities ahead in Nashville.
