A Nashville based independent music licensing and publishing company specializing in positive clean Hip-hop, Pop, and R&B style music is seeking new music immediately for placement in film, TV, commercials, trailers and on Netflix. The company regularly pitches to numerous music supervisors and companies that are responsible for a large portion of TV, commercials, video game and feature film placements. Credits of those being pitched to include 'Raising Dion', 'Dear White People', 'Gemini Man', 'Black-Ish', 'Fast and Furious 9' as well as other shows and movies produced by Disney, HBO, MTV, VH1, Discovery, Paramount, Sony and Showtime along with several other reputable companies.
Currently seeking Sample Free, Broadcast Quality, Clean Hip-hop, Pop, R&B style music or Beats for placement. Composers and musicians from all geographical areas will be considered.
Compensation: Ranges from $250.00 to hundreds of thousands of dollars, plus royalties from ASCAP, BMI or SESAC for performance royalties; Non-exclusive deal (Please read specifics described below carefully, if you do not agree, please do not submit.)
THE TERM:
- The non-exclusive term between you and the company will last for 3 years and auto-renew unless you notify them in writing 60 days prior to the expiration date of the agreement.
SONG OWNERSHIP:
- You are ONLY granting the company a NON-EXCLUSIVE right to pitch, negotiate and issue non-exclusive licenses for the use of your music by their clients.
