Album Review: Thick as Thieves - Love Me Blind (Score: 7/10)

TAT_FCThe first band signed to Wayne Kramer’s Industrial Amusement imprint, this sextet pretty handily blends rock, rap and pop. Songs such as “Burning House” and the title track spotlight stellar harmonies and some nice give and take between frontpersons Sunday Lane and Nick Richey. Conversely, some of the material seems a tad derivative or clichéd. But, this is a minor criticism as the band seems to take on a lot of musical terrain while, for the most part, establishing an identity. – Eric A. Harabadian
