Holiday Sidewinder: I would say it’s my Shure SM7b mic and Shure Wireless Headmic. I’ve travelled the world with both, both have been knocked around, and beaten up a lot and held up.
The vocals for my entire record The Last Resort were recorded with the SM7b and an Apollo twin from my hotel room in Thailand.
The headmic is so badly beaten up and some club rooms struggles with feedback but honestly it has allowed me to dance my ass off anywhere and everywhere and go out and hold hands with my fans and sing with them, and close my shows out with a conga line.
