Angry Mob Music Group, the Los Angeles-based independent music publisher known for its artist-centric approach, has introduced a refreshed brand identity that signals both its evolution and its continued commitment to creative excellence.
Founded in 2009, Angry Mob has spent the past 15 years advocating for songwriters, composers, and artists—building a reputation as a dynamic and forward-thinking force in the independent publishing space. Now, with a new visual identity and an updated digital presence, the company is stepping confidently into its next chapter.
A statement from the company explains that the rebrand “reflects who they have become over their 15-year history: a capable, connected, dynamic, and forward-thinking indie publisher,” while setting the tone for future growth.
More than just a new logo, the brand refresh represents a broader mission. What began as a fight for indie artist visibility has expanded into a deeper commitment to championing the true value of music and those who create it. As the industry continues to evolve, Angry Mob aims to serve as a bridge—connecting artists with opportunity, and fostering long-term creative careers.
“We’re excited to be introducing Angry Mob’s newly refreshed brand identity,” said Marc Caruso, CEO of Angry Mob Music. “While the fundamentals of Angry Mob are the same as they’ve been the last 15 years, with this new look we’re energized to enter our new chapter and continue marching for many years to come.”
Sean Harrison, Co-Founder and Executive Director, Sync Creative, echoed that sentiment: “This rebrand is a reflection of who we are today. As we’ve continued to evolve creatively, expand our vision, and deepen our connection to the artists and partners we collaborate with, it felt essential that our identity reflect that growth.”
The visual overhaul was developed in collaboration with design studio Igawa Design and web developer Boundary, helping translate Angry Mob’s identity into a modern, unified brand presence.
Angry Mob’s roster includes more than 130 writers and artists such as Richard Walters, Bailey Bryan, Joe Pepe, and love-sadKID. Their work has appeared across a wide range of genres and high-profile projects, with credits on songs by Shaboozey, Morgan Wallen, Chance the Rapper, MINHO, and Ty Dolla $ign, among others.
