The Assistant, Theatrical Music will provide support to the Vice President of the Theatrical Music Department. This position involves a mix of creative, administrative, and logical tasks. In this role, you will manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, take notes, track follow ups, organize and maintain files, scripts, production documents, cue sheets, reels; arrange travel and expense reports, organize and catalog project budgets past and present; assist in sourcing and researching songs, composers and artists for potential use in films; organize and catalog music submissions and audio files for easy access; support communication between music department and other departments both internally and externally; and send out project briefs and cataloging submitted music per project.
