The Hip Hop Museum Kicks Off Museum Tour With Lola Brooke

The Hip Hop Museum Tour in partnership with Mass Appeal sponsored by CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka kicked off this past weekend in New York City at Studio 525. The exhibit, curated by Hip Hop Historians Pete Nice and Paradise Gray, features artifacts from Hip Hop’s early years (1973-1999). Billboard-charting artist Lola Brooke hosted the private dinner.

In celebration of Hip Hop’s 50th birthday, the Hip Hop Museum Tour tells the story of the pioneers who created and cultivated a sound that sent waves around the world. Ahead of the museum’s 2025 opening date, the touring exhibit will feature early Hip Hop artifacts from 1973-1999, highlighting important firsts along the genre’s road from block parties to stadiums.
