Born out of a belief in equal opportunities, they want to break common music industry trends, shunning bias and pre-determined opinions in order to seek those that deserve to be heard.
Blue Raincoat Music is a management, publishing and record company, led by Jeremy Lascelles and Robin Millar. Chrysalis Records catalog holds names such as Sinead O’Connor, Ultravox and The Specials. Transformation Records is looking for early-career artists to submit innovative sounds that wow.
