Mexican electronic music producer Sainte Vie started making music when he was around 10 or 11 years old, and then producing electronic music when he was about 15.
"At the time, I was in high school in France, where I discovered the music of Nicolas Jaar and David August--their work really inspired me to explore electronic music," he says. "I first downloaded FL Studio, then moved on to Ableton, and that’s when I truly started producing electronic music. After high school, I enrolled in the Music Technology program at Mercy College in New York. Once I graduated, I started my project Sainte Vie and began performing and releasing music for the first time."
Sainte Vie describes his sound as, "deeply emotional, energetic and cinematic." That can be heard on his latest release, Por Siempre.
"[It's] the fifth single from my upcoming album Pablo, which is dedicated to the memory of my father," he says. "With Por Siempre, I wanted to explore one of the most powerful ways in which I’ve stayed connected to my dad since his passing: dreams. After he left, I began seeing him regularly in my dreams. There, we talk about the afterlife, how he’s doing, and how my mom and I are doing. We hang out, we catch up. Believe it or not, dreams have become one of our favorite meeting places.
"The vocals in Por Siempre were sung by my cousin, Santiago a.k.a Dark but Gray. The vocals in this track act as a mantra, a meditation, and a message to my dad and to myself, a reminder that we’ll always love and support each other. Our dialogue continues through dreams, imagination, signs, nature, art, and beyond."

Looking ahead, Sainte Vie has plenty planned for the coming months. "My album tour in the Americas will continue for another month, and the European leg of the tour will begin in early 2026. My full album, Pablo, will be released in January 2026, followed later that year by a remix album. Henri Bergmann’s remix of my new single, Por Siempre, will be released on November 7th, and I have a remix of Booka Shade’s track, Glare, coming out on November 21st. The next single from the album is called, Memory, a collaboration with singer Shilpa Ray, and it will be released in early December along with a music video directed by Andres Arochi."
