On the evening of Wednesday September 17 at the SESAC LA Music Awards, pop superstar Ariana Grande was named Songwriter of the Year, while her song "We Can't Be Friends (Wait For Your Love)" was named Song of the Year. That same song was published by Publisher of the Year, Universal Music Group Publishing. The full list of honorees can be seen below.
