World Series of Music Launches Concert-Showcase Series

The World Series of Music is a new ongoing series of concerts across California, Arizona and Nevada that are being produced by the producers of the Industry events POWERMIX and group of top industry veterans. With touring and live shows becoming more important in building an artist’s career in today’s markets, the series gives local artists opportunities to perform inside and outside their home base, build exposure and gain fans in surrounding areas, growing their “circuit” of fans and areas to gig in expanding their audience and opportunities. Artists will showcase for fans, media, industry and specially invited guests.

The World Series will promote concerts in Downtown L.A., NoHo Arts district, Orange Country, Inland Empire, West L.A., San Diego, Oxnard/Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Fernando Valley, High Desert, Palm Springs, Phoenix, Tucson, Bakersfield, Fresno, Modesto, Stockton, San Francisco, San Jose, Sacramento, Las Vegas and more. Industry and media guests are invited, and performances are filmed for dissemination to industry scouts and networking.

Kicking off the World Series of Music concert-showcase series is the Halloween weekend L.A. Concert and fashion extravaganza on Broadway on Saturday, Oct. 29, and the pre-American Music Awards Concert Showcase in L.A. the day before the giant AMA’s in downtown Los Angeles—with industry and artists in town for the big Award Show, which will broadcast the next day. All genres included, including Rock, Alternative, Singer/Songwriter, Pop, R&B/Soul, Hip-Hop, EDM, Latin and more. Special showcases for Producers & DJs to show off their skills are included.
