Total Access Rehearsal is the brainchild of Steve Ornest (Total Access Recording) and Jeff Nisen (Kona Town Recording).
Located just steps away from the legendary Total Access Recording in Redondo Beach, CA, where bands like Guns N' Roses, No Doubt, Sublime, Black Sabbath, Pennywise, Black Flag, Descendents, Foreigner and so many others have come and made music history over the past forty years, the idea for the new space stemmed from the partners' frustration about the lack of quality rehearsal studios in the South Bay.
With that in mind, Steve and Jeff set out to build the area’s first acoustically treated, private rehearsal suite.
“The goal was to create a clean, vibe-y, distraction-free space that a professional band could utilize without having to deal with common distractions that plague the typical rehearsal studio,” Ornest said.
While the suite boasts a large rehearsal room with top-of-the-line gear, it also includes amenities frequently found at luxury Airbnb's, such as central air conditioning, private parking, free water and coffee, a private lounge with TV, and high-speed internet. The unit also includes a separate writing/production room, perfect for pre-production before hitting the studio.
“We’re proud to present a space where a band can leave actually feeling prepared for their upcoming gig or studio session,” said Nisen.
Total Access Rehearsal opens its doors officially on Jan 3rd, 2022, and booking can be done online starting Dec 15th, 2021 at www.tarehearsal.com.
