They are seeking a visionary and strategic Marketing, Senior Manager to lead innovative campaigns and culturally resonant initiatives across a diverse and dynamic artist roster. This role will celebrate and elevate a wide array of diverse music and culture, as well as contribute to broader marketing strategies across genres including R&B, Hip-hop, Pop and Indie, supporting artists under VANTA Music and Hollywood Records.The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for culture and creativity with the ability to authentically translate that into high-impact marketing. You'll work cross-functionally with A&R, creative, digital, sales, BA and partnerships teams to amplify storytelling while driving relevance and results across all audiences.
