The Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP) will present the International Publishing Panel of the Year, which will take place on Thursday, Feb. 12, at Lawry's in Beverly Hills, CA from 11:30AM-2PM. The panel is a meeting for anyone connected to music publishing. With the loss of the Global Rights Database (GRD) project, the France-based CEO of rights society service provider FastTrack will introduce a new worldwide copyright initiative in progress called CISNext.
The panelists include: Michel Alain, CEO, FastTrack (Paris, France) and Ger Hatton, Executive Director, International Confederation of Music Publishers (Brussels, Belgium).
Teri Nelson Carpenter, President & CEO, Reel Muzik Werks/AIMP Vice President will be moderating the panel.
Attendance for non-members costs $55, which includes lunch and parking.
