Solid State Logic and Slate Digital have announced that they are partnering with Mastering.com for a live stream on May 27-28th, "where you will be shown how to get your vocals sounding cleaner, crisper and clearer."
"In this online event, everything will be covered, from vocal philosophy, comping, editing, harmonies and layering," they said in a statement. "A hip-hop and vocal song will also be mixed in real time, using the new Slate Digital ML-1A microphone to record the songs and the Complete Access Bundle to mix the vocals into the track. So if you've been struggling to get your vocals to sit just right in your mixes."
