Odesza at Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, CA

Electronic music sensation Odesza played the Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, CA as part of their Last Goodbye tour named from their 2022 album. Odesza is a duo of Harrison Mills (Catacombkid) and Clayton Knight (BeachesBeaches) who formed back in 2012 around the time they graduated from Western Washington University. That year they released their first album Summer’s Gone. In 2014 they released  In Return which hit number one on the U.S. Dance Chart followed by another number one album A Moment Apart. Their fourth and most recent album  The Last Goodbye came out July 22, 2022 and included a massive tour with a stop at the KIA Forum in Los Angeles, CA. Odesza is continuing this tour playing arenas and outdoor amphitheaters. On July 7th this year, The Last Goodbye: Cinematic Experience was released as a one night only special and at the Regal Cinema at L.A. Live (Downtown Los Angeles) the duo and the team behind the movie and tour were there. If you saw the tour last year or film you know this is a one of a kind show and what will be one of the greatest productions of the decade. If you haven’t seen a show yet or the film, be prepared for one intense show with fire, confetti, and their drumline. It’s easy to see why they’re selling venues of this size and headlining major festivals.

Odesza combines keyboards with real instruments and live vocals. Naomi Wild, Izzy Bizu, and Jack Froggatt (Mansionair) all joined in. In the first 20 minutes alone of the show, Odesza began with a bang having flames, horns, their drumline, and confetti all in that amount of time with their incredible visuals. The movie breaks down exactly how their production was created. Opening the show was OLAN & QRTR, TOKiMonsta, and Bob Moses.
