Coco Kinnon: If you’ve seen us live, you know that I am moving all around the stage. For a band that only uses stage monitors, it often felt impossible not to get crazy amounts of feedback at different points during our set. It wasn’t until we were on tour with Finch that their TM/FOH guy Rob handed me one of his V7s.
I don’t think he could stand watching us do another show battling our monitors that were turned up to 11. One show with the V7 and I was hooked. Not only did it solve my issues with stage noise, but my voice was coming through and sounding the best it had to date. Although I'll switch it up sometimes depending on the venue (like if a festival hands me a wireless or I break out my AUDIX OM7), the V7 is never out of reach.
