Genre-blending rapper and alt-pop sensation Rico Nasty is back with new album RX (out July 24), and "Cupcake" is the first single from it.
It's a quirky, uplifting and typically catchy tune with a trademark edge. Meanwhile, the video sees Rico out in the desert, dancing and speeding around in a buggy.
"Recorded between filming her AppleTV+ debut on Margot’s Got Money Troubles – starring alongside Elle Fanning, Michelle Pfeiffer, Nicole Kidman, Nick Offerman, Lindsey Normington – and her 2025 Fall tour, Rico found herself striving to craft an album that reminded fans of why they fell in love with her in the first place," a statement says of RX.
