METalliance 'Seven Lifetimes Recording Guide' TEC Award Finalist 

The METalliance book "Recording and Mixing Drums" is a finalist for the 39th Annual NAMM(r) Technical Excellence & Creativity (TEC) Awards in the category of Audio Education Technology. The book is authored by award-winning audio engineer/producers Chuck Ainlay, Niko Bolas, Frank Filipetti, George Massenburg, Elliot Scheiner, and the legendary, late Al Schmitt and Ed Cherney.

Presented at The NAMM Show, The NAMM TEC Awards are bestowed annually in celebration of the pro audio community by recognizing the individuals, companies and technical innovations behind today's sound recordings, live performances, films, television, video games and other media.
