On Monday, June 3, Pandora hosted a free event for fans at Nashville’s Marathon Music Works. The event featured an all-female line-up of Maren Morris, Lindsay Ell & Tenille Townes and had a record number of fans turn out! Not a bad way to kick of the week, right?
Tenille Townes has been out on the road with Dierks Bentley for his 2019 Burning Man Tour. She really captured an audience and gained so many new fans with her hit song, "Somebody's Daughter". She's a powerhouse voice and I love seeing the crowd's reaction to her stage presence and performance. Lindsay Ell is basically one of the best guitar players out there right now and I'll argue it if you don't agree. Showing off a leopard print jumpsuit and rocking a rainbow, drip painted guitar she shreds through songs such as, "Waiting On You" and "Criminal". Last, but not least, to hit the stage is our main woman of the night, Maren Morris. Standing on top of a staircase, dead center stage, backlit into a silhouette she opens her set with her latest major hit, "Girl". The crowd went absolutely insane! Stunning in red, Maren performed fan favorites such as, "Rich", "80's Mercedes" and "Church". Ryan Hurd, Maren's husband and also an amazing artist, surprised fans and hit the stage to perform, "All My Favorite People."
This was such an amazing show not only for the aspect of attending a concert but because it's empowering. So many young men and women love these artists and look up to them. Pandora really put a great night together!
