Fervor Records is seeking a full time Coordinator in our Phoenix, AZ headquarters. This position is for an enthusiastic self-starter, with strong attention to detail, who is eager to learn and is a team player.

REQUIREMENTS
• Strong ethics and honesty
• 1+ years of industry experience
• Keen eye for aesthetics
• Knowledge of PR and Social Media
• Basic knowledge of photo, audio and video editing • Knowledge of Google Docs
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in delivery of music & related data to domestic and international partners • Facilitate retail product orders
• Rep label at local Fervor indie artist events
• Assist in coordinating label events in Phoenix and Los Angeles
• Facilitate lyric transcriptions for censor boards and internal use • Assist with various audio related projects
• Database work (no experience necessary)
• Support staff to executives
You will interact with multiple departments at Fervor Records to create deliverables for the company’s affiliated publishing partners. This is a great way to really learn the industry from the ground up. And of course, lots of room to grow into larger roles.

The company has over 500 retail titles and issues 50+ releases per year. Fervor partners with domestic and international labels for vinyl releases. Fervor is extremely active in sync licensing.
