Bands wanting to be involved in the 2027 NAMM show have until September 16 to get their entry in.
According to a statement from NAMM, "The NAMM Show is where instruments and gear thrive, and Bands at NAMM is your chance to showcase the products we all want to see and hear! Selected artists will be featured on one of seven stages throughout The 2027 NAMM Show campus alongside thousands of top brands and tens of thousands of engaged music industry professionals.
After a submission is made, the Bands at NAMM selection committee will have a listen to the showcase entries, and carefully review. Bands will hear one way of the other by October 28.
“The NAMM Show will always be an annual destination for live music performances from every genre representing the global music industry, from established well-known bands and artists to incredible first-time performers launching their musical journey,” said John Mlynczak, NAMM president and CEO.
Those that are selected will receive: "A NAMM Show badge for each performer and guest (a $300 value); Access to education sessions during the show; Networking through The NAMM Show App; Exposure to a diverse audience of music enthusiasts, industry professionals and media; Access to networking events during the show, A $50 gift card to The NAMM Store for each performer."
Earlier this month, we announced that, "The 2027 NAMM Show is returning to the Anaheim Convention Center January 26–30, bringing five days of music, gear, education, networking, performances and industry celebration to Southern California. The main exhibition floor will run January 28–30, but NAMM is expanding the experience well beyond the traditional trade-show floor."
For companies, that global visibility is a major part of the appeal. John Mlynczak, NAMM president and CEO, puts it bluntly: “The NAMM Show is the only platform where companies can make a profound statement to a global audience of thousands of media, influencers, creators and both international and U.S. business attendees, that will greatly enhance their own business narrative.”
