As the Assistant, Creative Marketing, you will provide administrative support to the General Manager, including: Scheduling and calendar management. Organizing and submitting expenses. Helping coordinate travel. Researching and pulling reports on artists' new releases, catalog activity, social activity; industry case studies. Coordinating company-wide events and initiatives. Circulating meeting agendas, taking notes in meetings. You will also be providing administrative support to Synch and Brands team, including: Managing one sheets, pitch materials for synch and brand teams. Managing weekly newsletters. Manage project/deal trackers. Handling shows invites and managing RSVPs. Helping with research, ideation and project management for brand partnerships. Overseeing invoicing and payment processing. Managing contact databases. You will also be providing limited administrative support to Creative and Publicity teams, including: Awards submissions. Invoicing and payment processing.
