Album Review of "Apostasy in Black" by Soldiers of Destruction (8/10)

American’t Records
Producer: John Feeney

Formed in London back in 1981, the Soldiers of Destruction are now based in Las Vegas and, while some things have changed over the decades, they’re still fronted by beloved singer and scribe Morat. A long-time friend of the late, great Lemmy, Morat pours himself into a cover of Motörhead’s “Sex & Death,” but SOD’s own “Nonce,” “Government Suppression,” and the deeply personal “Chaos Forever” are aural face-punches.
