On Wednesday, Fender announced the launch of the new Gretsch Limited Edition Falcon Center Block Jr. with Bigsby Quilted Maple, and the Charvel Pro-Mod Plus So-Cal Style 1 HH EVTN E.
"The Gretsch Limited Edition Falcon Center Block Jr. with Bigsby Quilted Maple offers a unique twist on the classic Falcon recipe with its upscale style and glorious sound available in Roundup Orange," they said in a statement. "This guitar features a Quilted maple top with mahogany back and sides, TV Jones TV Classic and TV Classic Plus Filter’Tron pickups, and redesigned Channel Core center block with a combination of maple and spruce for a faster attack and enhanced midrange punch."
"The Charvel Pro-Mod Plus So-Cal Style 1 HH EVTN E is a premium guitar available in Midnight Blue that was born from a love of high-speed playing and designed to inspire," they continued. "Featuring an Evertune 6 bridge to help stay perfectly in tune, Luminlay side-dots, 22 Jumbo Stainless Steel frets, and Seymour Duncan Nazgûl /Sentient pickups. While the Nazgûl provides tight lows, strong mids and searing highs for aggressive rhythms and leads, the Sentient delivers a dynamic voice and responsive attack."
