Musically Fed Teams Up with the GRAMMYs to Feed People in Need

Musically Fed is excited to announce they will be participating at the 65TH GRAMMY Awards®, being held at Crypto.com Arena on Feb. 5, 2023. They will be re-purposing food prepared by Levy Restaurants from not only the GRAMMY Awards®, concessions, luxury suites, and the GRAMMY Celebration® after party, but also from the highly anticipated MusiCares® Persons of the Year gala honoring Berry Gordy and Smokey Robinson. Through partnerships with local nonprofits, meals will be distributed to people in need in the Los Angeles area, including The Midnight Mission, the Los Angeles Mission, elementary school lunch programs, domestic violent shelters, and more.

Musically Fed is celebrated for mobilizing the music industry in the fight against hunger by working with artists, promoters, management, and venues to donate unused backstage meals, as well as VIP and artist catering, to community organizations that feed veterans and people facing homelessness and food insecurity nationwide.

Founded in 2016, Musically Fed identifies the opportunities, procures the resources, and coordinates all aspects of food handling, transport, and distribution, making it easy for promoters and performers to leave each city they visit with a lasting positive impact. When COVID-19 shut down the live music and event economy in 2020, Musically Fed pivoted its mission to creating drive-thru distribution events in eight major cities that provided more than 135,000 meals for struggling gig workers and their families, with an emphasis in Phoenix.

The 65th Annual GRAMMY Awards® will return to Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena on Sunday, Feb. 5, 2023, and will broadcast live on the CBS Television Network and stream live and on-demand on Paramount+ at 8-11:30 p.m. ET / 5-8:30 p.m. PT.
