Winter NAMM 2016 Debuts TEC Tracks

Musicians and industry professionals alike will gather once again for the Winter NAMM Show starting Wednesday, Jan. 20, through Sunday, Jan. 24, at the Anaheim Convention Center.

TEC Tracks will make its debut this year—replacing The H.O.T Zone on the second floor—featuring more than 70 pro audio and music technology master classes, live interviews and panel discussions. Legendary producers Eddie Kramer and Tony Brown will keynote sessions.

For the artist, there will be a session about how to maximize crowd-funding websites such as IndieGoGo, GoFundMe and KickStarter. TEC Tracks has also partnered with A3E (Advanced Audio + Applications Exchange) to offer six educational sessions focused on the future of audio.

Topics range from career-oriented to sound-oriented tips and advice including: “Getting Your Sound – In the Studio and Live” (Thursday), “Strategies to Promote Your Music in 2016” (Friday), “Before & After – From Demo to Master” (Saturday), a Keynote Presentation on “The Future of A&R” (Sunday) and many more.
