When it was announced that Heeseung was going to leave ENHYPEN, many wondered how the six remaining members would fare without one of their aces. It’s safe to say the group is doing just fine as The Sin: Bliss is one of their strongest projects to date. Opening up with the emotionally charged “Two Fools,” this album feels moodier than their typical sound. “Stuck on You” is filled with hypnotic instrumentals, while the ballad “Bad for You,” has yearning harmonies that crescendo beautifully. The standout song is, of course, the lead single “Bloody Paradise,” which dabbles in Brazilian funk. The ambitious production of The Sin: Bliss makes this project one to remember.
