Matthew Savage: My favorite post pandy show has to be seeing Shania Twain in 2023. Me and one of my closest friends bought the tickets on sale during an office meeting and got reprimanded for it.
HR was already after me for being a mouthy bitch so I really wasn't helping my case. But like, who cares? The show was phenomenal. She hid in a road case and started her set in the crowd, making her way to the stage on a chariot. Absolutely insane, an icon.
She kept speaking the world’s worst French and no one knew what the fuck she was saying. I also heard she goes on tour with her little rat dogs so like what’s not to love? Best part is they didn’t even check if I had the Fauci ouchie. I love you Shania, please call me back.
