Peterson has collaborated with artists including Tom Petty and The Go-Go’s and recently released Long After The Fire (2024) with her husband, John Cowsill. She is a 2015 She Rocks Awards honoree."
"Alecia 'Mixi' Demner – Frontwoman of the hard rock band Stitched Up Heart, celebrated for her powerhouse vocals and electrifying stage presence. The band has toured with rock heavyweights including Godsmack and Halestorm, with a new album slated for release in 2026. Mixi was honored with a She Rocks Award in 2024."
