The Artist & Label Strategy Manager at Stem will manage a portfolio of existing artists and labels to ensure clients are consistently receiving the maximum value of products and services. The candidate must be: proficient in marketing recorded music in the digital landscape, and, accordingly, able to guide clients successfully through their release cycles; Capable of building and leveraging a broad network of strategic and creative resources to generate impactful opportunities for clients; Comfortable interacting directly with artists, artist teams, and label executives, at various stages in their career and various levels of seniority; Have an understanding of how to use data to inform budgeting and marketing decisions. Experience with technology a must.
