You will join Spotify’s Music team, supporting senior leadership in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment. This role sits at the center of the team’s day-to-day operations, helping leaders stay focused, prepared, and connected. You’ll play a key part in enabling the team to do their best work while contributing to how we show up internally and externally. In this role, you will: Keep your executive’s calendar running smoothly by scheduling and prioritizing internal and external meetings. Plan and coordinate business travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics. Track expenses and manage purchase orders, ensuring deadlines are met. Support day-to-day communication, including managing phone logistics and contact updates. Organize team events, offsites, and industry moments, and provide onsite support when needed. Partner closely with your executive to align their time with team and company priorities. Collaborate with communications and content teams to prepare materials for presentations and speaking engagements. Support special projects, research, and planning work as needs come up.
