Vicky Psarakis: After moving to Phoenix in 2022, I decided to finally build my own home recording studio. I still remember the day my Telefunken TF47 arrived and since then it's been my go to mic for all my recording sessions. I've been using Telefunken mics pretty much my entire career, all the way back to 2014 when I needed to book studio time to record. So finally getting one of their microphones to call my own was definitely a highlight moment.
When it comes to Sicksense and our live show, Rob and I absolutely love using the M80-WH2 wireless capsules. Hands down the best dynamic microphone for heavy vocals. Plus, they have grills in every color, so we like switching them out to match our outfits for each show. It's a fun feature that adds to the visual side of our show!
