Saturday’s punk rock/metal day had a bigger crowd than Friday. The ground was still wet, which made walking around unpleasant. The highlights of Saturday were Echo and the Bunnymen, Bootsy Collins, Devil Wears Prada, Billy Idol, System Of A Down, Taking Back Sunday, Merle Haggard Rancid and Iggy Pop. System of A Down’s crowd got so crazy that the band had to stop the show to tell people to move back and help get people out of the pit that were being injured. During Iggy Pop, which was during the same time as SOAD, there was one crowd surfer after the next.
