Reliant Talent has announced the launch of a jazz division headed by NYC-based agency veteran Fred Hansen.
Fred Hansen has over three and half decades of experience representing top Jazz, R&B, and Adult Contemporary Artists and has been integral in working with artists to develop long-term growth through strategic bookings at Festivals, PACS, theaters, and clubs worldwide.
“I am excited to be working with the team of professionals at Reliant and focus on connecting our artists with their loyal and passionate fans,” comments Hansen. “In addition to traditional venues, the jazz market has seen tremendous growth in destination festivals, cruises, and artist-curated events.”
Reliant Talent aims to represent dynamic artists representing the jazz format and launches with several artists signed to the agency. Current clients include multiple Grammy winners, Take 6, Jeff Lorber & Norman Brown, established headliners Gerald Albright, Mindi Abair, Jonathan Butler, Kirk Whalum, Peter White, Rick Braun & Richard Elliot, and the legendary group the Average White Band - celebrating their 50th Anniversary. The agency is also expanding its reach with its next-generation stars Grace Kelly, Lindsey Webster, and Vincent Ingala.
Before joining Reliant Talent Agency, Hansen worked at APA, CEG, Artists & Audience, and Pyramid Entertainment. Fred Hansen can be reached at [email protected].
