The Grammy-winning group Boyz II Men have signed an exclusive worldwide publishing and masters agreement with BMG Chrysalis US.  Boyz II Men are one of the most successful R&B group of all time, having sold over 60 million albums and generating three of the longest-running number one pop singles in history during their 20-year career.

Boyz II Men were formed in Philadelphia in 1990 and are known for their heartfelt ballads and blended harmonies heard on fan favorites such as 'Motown Philly,'  'I'll Make Love to You' and the Grammy-winning 'End of the Road.' The soulful trio just concluded a worldwide tour in support of their most recent album Twenty, which debuted at No. 1 on the iTunes R&B Soul Album chart.  The legendary group were honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in January 2012 -- and to kick off the new year, the band announced a headlining residency at The Mirage in Las Vegas. Starting in March, the band will play weekend shows throughout the end of the year at the famed entertainment venue.

2013 is shaping up to be another busy and exciting year for Boyz II Men, as the group also just announced that they will join multi-platinum selling artists New Kids on the Block and 98 Degrees on the historic and highly-anticipated Package Tour this summer. The Package Tour will kick off May 31st with dates scheduled through July 13th.

The band have also signed with BMG's master division for a multiple album deal.  BMG's Master Model has generated considerable buzz in the industry by providing artists with a modern alternative to the traditional record deal.  The partnership based model allows artists to greatly benefit through full creative control of the recording process and an enhanced revenue split.

Venus Brown for BMG Chrysalis North America explains, "As proof in their more than 100 performances per year, the music and relevance of Boyz II Men continues to stand the test of time. BMG is very excited to be a part of creating another classic Boyz II Men record to add to their legacy of popular R&B hits."

Zach Katz, EVP of Creative, North America at BMG Chrysalis US, commented: "Boyz II Men are recognized as one of the most iconic R&B groups and have defined a genre of music. This partnership allows BMG to further pave its way as a leader in what has become the new music business, where publishing and records thrive as one."

"The relationship between BMG and Boyz II Men came organically from the love of music," says band manager Joe Mulvihill.  "When things happen for the right reasons, there are endless possibilities."
