Minneapolis, MN band Caster Volor say that they are a “shock rock force that delivers a ferocious blend of hard rock and heavy metal wrapped in a theatrical spectacle unlike anything else on the touring circuit today.” The song “Hard R” is a chest-beating statement of identity: “We’re motherfucking rock stars… now you know who we are,” they scream. Fair enough! “At Least We Still Got Our Rock ‘n’ Roll” is a metal party anthem that sits somewhere between Lordi, Andrew WK and Twisted Sister, which is no bad place to sit. It’s all a bit ludicrous, but in the best possible way.
