Style: Queer Pop
If you see artxxnas’ genre defined as “queer pop,” and you think you’re going to get gloriously melodic synth-pop, designed to send a crowd wild at a gay club, then you’re absolutely right.
“I’m a star,” the artist says, before following it up with “I’m iconic, you are not.” Look at that—throwing shade right out of the gate. Artxxnas isn’t short on confidence, but then why should he be? He’s got a ton of big tunes, a gleefully outrageous vibe, and a sound that is destined for club success.
So much fun.
