Ghost has officially released their second movie, GHOST: 2 Big To Rig, which had a limited theatrical and IMAX run from August 24th through August 30th and is no longer playing in theaters. According to IMDb, the film grossed $2.19 million worldwide and it is unknown if it will be released anywhere digitally yet.
The film combined footage from two live shows in Mexico City in September 2025, shot entirely on 16mm film using seven cameras per show.
Running just under two hours, the movie showcased a 19-song performance alongside behind-the-scenes footage of the show’s setup and logistics, giving fans a look at aspects of the production they had never seen before. This included the band walking to and from backstage before and after the show, as well as the band’s manager, Kristen Mulderig of The Rick Sales Entertainment Group (RSE), discussing what went into preparing for the tour.
The show was also released as a live album on all streaming platforms alongside the movie, allowing fans to relive each moment not only visually, but audibly as well.
While GHOST: 2 Big To Rig has now concluded its limited in-theatre run, we’ll continue to watch for any announcements regarding where fans may be able to watch the film next.
