Free Studio Time in L.A. and San Francisco

Converse Rubber Tracks "pop-up" studios will return to both Los Angeles and San Francisco in December. From Monday, Dec. 7, to Friday, Dec. 11, musicians of all genres in Los Angeles as well as the Bay area will have the opportunity to unleash their creative spirit and apply for free studio time.

In Los Angeles, the Converse Rubber Tracks "pop-up" studio will take place at The Fortress, and in San Francisco the Converse Rubber Tracks "pop-up" studio will take place at Different Fur Studios. Musicians will be able to record their original music alongside the Converse Rubber Tracks team of experienced engineers at no cost. At the end of their studio time, the artists retain all of the rights to their own music. Converse Rubber Tracks will select up to 10 local artists to record over the five-day period at each location.

Artists are invited to visit converse.com/rubbertracks to receive more information about Converse Rubber Tracks and instructions on the registration process.  The submission period for Los Angeles and San Francisco artists to apply for studio time is currently open now to all emerging local musicians.
