SESAC Music Group Announces Music Services Division Expansion

SESAC Music Group announced today the expansion of its Music Services division. The portfolio companies – including AudioSalad, Audiam, HFA, Mint, Music Services, and Rumblefish – will together provide a unique and highly customizable global solutions platform and shared services offering for artists and songwriters, as well as independent record label and music publishing clients. The growing Music Services team is dedicated to delivering best-in-class licensing, royalty collection, and administration services to clients worldwide.

As part of this expansion, Andy Bodkin is joining the team as President, International for the Music Services division, where he will be responsible for the development and growth of the division outside of the United States. Bodkin will be an integral part of the team, ensuring clients secure the highest level of service and solutions. Bodkin brings over 20 years of experience in the music industry having worked in leadership roles in sales, marketing, and business management. Prior to joining the team at SESAC Music Group, he served as Group CEO at Out of the Ark, a multi-award-winning music publisher. Previously, he spent eighteen years at CCLI, serving on the Global Executive team, where he was instrumental in overseeing the growth of the organization in the UK, Europe and Africa.

Additionally, Rose Cook has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, Music Services, where she will continue to report to Malcolm Hawker, SESAC Music Group COO, and work with the team across the entire portfolio of companies within the Music Services division to drive efficiencies and growth in licensing, royalty collection, and administration services. Previously, Cook served as the co-head of licensing at SESAC Performing Rights before her promotion to SVP, Operations of SESAC Music Group in 2022. As a proven leader in driving strategic growth across operations, Cook is at the forefront of SESAC Music Group’s ongoing transformation to a global best-in-class operation guided by her fundamental belief that the business of music must be made easier for creators, publishers, and licensee to navigate.

Monica Hertz will be promoted to Senior Director, Operations, where she will report to Cook and focus on driving the global roll-out of the shared services platform. Hertz joined the SESAC Performing Rights Business Affairs team in 2017 where she was responsible for the administration, management, and tracking of the PRO’s key writer and publisher deals and worked closely with internal teams across the company to support the evolving business needs.
