BROODS, the brother-sister duo of Caleb and Georgia Nott, have signed with Neon Gold/Atlantic Records. BROODS will release their new single, “Peach,” next Wednesday, Aug. 8 via Neon Gold/Atlantic Records. “Peach” is the first single from their third studio album, which will be released early 2019.
“We’re so excited to be a part of the Neon Gold family and so appreciative to Derek and Lizzy for being a part of this new chapter with us,” says Caleb & Georgia Nott, “We’ve worked so hard on this new music and can’t wait to finally share it with our amazing and patient fans.”
“BROODS have felt like family since we first met them years ago, so it feels right and wonderful to officially make it real with their signing to Neon Gold/Atlantic,” shares Neon Gold Co-Founder, Derek Davies.
“I’ve been a fan of BROODS since day one and was lucky enough to build a relationship touring the same festival circuits with them in my own band MS MR. Their vision, talent, work ethic, and general ambition is deeply inspiring and we’re so honored to be a formal support system to them in every way we can be. It feels like a natural homecoming and we couldn’t be happier,” says Neon Gold Co-Founder, Lizzy Plapinger.
Multi-award winning brother-sister duo BROODS are one of the most celebrated young bands to emerge out of New Zealand in recent times. Announcing their arrival with glossy synth-pop ballads 'Bridges', 'Never Gonna Change' and their self-titled debut EP, they've gone on to release two full length albums, “Evergreen” and “Conscious.” Along the way, they’ve sold-out headline tours and played renowned festivals such as Coachella, Lollapalooza, Outside Lands, and The Meadows, to name a few. They’ve also shared stages with Ellie Goulding, HAIM, CHVRCHES, Tove Lo, and supported Sam Smith on his sold-out US tour. Their third full length studio album is expected early 2019.
