Don Louis

6/7: CreatiVets Meet-And-Greet (4:30PM)

6/7: Performance at Nashville Palace (7:00PM)

Born in Irving and raised on a 12-acre farm in Commerce, Texas, Don Louis learned the meaning of work early on. He grew up tending to livestock, singing along to George Strait and Al Green, and playing football. Don was an All-District defensive end for Commerce High School and played on scholarship at Ouachita Baptist and Southern Arkansas. He performed well at NFL combines, but an injury in 2020 changed everything and Don soon found himself chasing his other childhood dream—being a professional singer. Don’s mix of Country, Rock, and Rhythm and Blues has been winning over loyal fans from the start. He’s shared the stage with acts such as Dylan Wheeler, and Don’s personality and gritty voice have also earned him a healthy following on Spotify and social media. Ask Don how he’s doing and he’ll often reply, “I’m blessed and highly favored!” That attitude says it all. Recently signed to EMPIRE Nashville, Louis will release his new album Liquor Talkin’ on August 23rd.

New Jersey native Matt Koziol is reminiscent of a barrel-aged bourbon. From the first sip, Koziol’s voice cuts through with a palpable heat. His songs have been distilled and drip with tradition, authenticity, and a raw quality that could only come from a man that has seen more than 10 years on the road as a hired gun. His 2023 was spent on the road with artists like Whiskey Myers, 49 Winchester, Shane Smith & The Saints, Jon Pardi, and Hailey Whitters to mention a few—with festival appearances like Bonnaroo, AMERICANAFEST, and more along the way. Meghan Patrick

6/3: Rock 'N Jock Celebrity Softball Game @ First Horizon Park (6:00PM)

6/6: CreatiVets Meet-And-Greet (1:00PM)

6/6: Hard Rock Performance & Interview @ Hard Rock Cafe (6:45PM)

Since making her debut with 2016’s multi-award-winning Grace & Grit, Meghan Patrick has embodied the kind of unbridled truth-telling that leaves listeners feeling undeniably seen and understood. A back-to-back CCMA Female Artist of the Year whose accolades also include 18 CMAOntario Awards, the Nashville-based artist doubled down on that soul-baring specificity in the making of her latest project, The Greatest Show On Dirt. Over the course of the EP’s six intimately detailed tracks, the rural-Ontario-born singer/songwriter sets her storytelling to a high-energy but expansive sound that stretches beyond the boundaries of country—a move befitting of a musician whose background includes co-founding an all-girl band at age 13, studying opera and jazz, fronting a 10-piece funk act that once opened for Aretha Franklin, and touring extensively as part of a bluegrass group. Anchored in the powerful vocal work she’s brought to the stage as support for legends like Dwight Yoakam and top artists including Keith Urban, Old Dominion, Kip Moore, Brothers Osborne and more, the result is a body of work that captures the nuances of her emotional experience with equal parts boldness, humor, and wildly colorful originality.

Sawyer Brown

6/5: Get Me To The Stage On Time documentary screening at Franklin Theatre (2:00PM)

6/5: Get Me To The Stage On Time documentary screening at Franklin Theatre (6:00PM)

6/6: Performance at Ascend Amphitheater Nighttime Stage (7:00PM)

When asked what has set Sawyer Brown apart in the music business to account for four decades of success, lead singer and frontman Mark Miller answers, “One of the unique things about the band is we don’t really have a lot of love songs. We have life songs.”

Years before The Voice and American Idol, there was Star Search with Ed McMahon. In the first season, an eclectic and charismatic country-rock band appeared on the show, taking America by storm. After being told no time after time in Nashville showcases, Sawyer Brown won over millions of fans with their electrifying TV performances week after week in Hollywood. Capturing the hearts of all ages, their sound was compared to country super-groups like Alabama and Charlie Daniels Band, but they looked more like the Rolling Stones and Aerosmith. From ignored underdogs in Music City to overnight rock stars from LA to New York, they swept the competition and won.

Since 1984, the band’s high-energy reputation, uncompromising dedication to their fans, along with their relentless drive to stay true to themselves have never wavered. For the past forty years, “the boys” legendary live shows have captivated audiences with no signs of ever slowing down. Today, Sawyer Brown just keeps on delivering their unapologetically blue-collar, grass-roots message through music. One of their fan-favorite songs says it all: “They were searchin’ for stars when we came along, it was rock ’n roll in a country song, there were five of us thinking that we can, this is the life and times of a travelin’ band.” Earlier this year, the band released its new album ‘Desperado Troubadours’ (3.8 via Curb Records), which was produced by Sawyer Brown superfan Blake Shelton.

Hubbard’s current radio single “Back Then Right Now," the first of his new album ’Strong’ (April 12 via EMI Nashville), reached the top spot at country radio, making Hubbard the only artist to start two different careers with at least three consecutive No. 1 songs. The Georgia native will headline fairs and festivals throughout 2024 before embarking on his headline 'Strong World Tour' later this year. Listen to ‘Strong,’ HERE.
