Digi-punks Ho99o9 have released new single and video, "OK, I'm Reloaded," and it's a caustic, frenetic, aggressive beauty of a tune.
“We wanted to make a video for one of the meanest and unapologetic songs on the album, with the track paying homage to the movie Carlito’s Way & JAŸ-Z’s early albums. IYKYK,” the duo said in a statement.
"Tomorrow We Escape, Ho99o9’s third album, was released recently via 999 Deathkult / Last Gang. A true amalgamation of all the band’s influences—experimental hip-hop, digital hardcore, future-facing punk, metal, jarring industrial, and off-kilter electronics—the album is their most emotional offering to date, rooted in personal struggle and triumph," reads a statement.
The suitably moody black & white video cuts live footage into shots of the guys in the street, getting tattooed, etc.
See and hear it here.
