Responsibilities for this role include: Negotiation of music labels, with catalogs and frontline for acquisition. Execute SoundOn content supply strategy, including but not limited to signing labels and artists for their catalogs and new releases. Focused on data analysis to understand label artists and track performance, market opportunities, and business forecasting based on market share impact. Manage business objectives, such as labels and artists onboarding, number of new releases, number of catalogue migration, streams and performance. Work with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to product, content strategy, and promo to ensure success of labels and artists on all digital platforms. Grow and maintain a growing trustful relationship between artists/labels and the platform. Strong network connections and relations in the music industry, specially relations with labels. Develop a close-on relationship with artists/labels' teams (marketing, promo, artistic) to develop artists' growth and song performance.
