Sony Music needs a Content Production Director

In this role, you will conceptualize, develop, and execute content ideas, including originally shot content or animated assets to support releases for both major and developing artists. Shoot or oversee the shooting of social-first native content—such as performances or narrative-building pieces—and manage the editing process to ensure final delivery as high-performing social content. Create and maintain a roster of short-form production crews, including videographers, photographers, and editors for out-of-house content production. Collaborate with Digital and Marketing teams to build unique short-form content strategies tailored to individual artists or projects, taking into account artist profiles, fanbases, niches, and genres to drive music consumption and shape social narratives.
