Skid Row Xmas Benefit Concert for LA's Homeless

The Dub Brothers are pleased to announce the third annual Skid Row Xmas, a live concert to benefit the homeless community in Los Angeles taking place on Friday, Dec. 20 starting at 8:00 pm PST at the historic Mayfair Hotel (1256 W. 7th St.). Headliner B Real from Cypress Hill is set to perform live along with Los Angeles-based band Tyrone’s Jacket, and a DJ set by C-Minus. As a longtime cannabis activist and social justice figure, featured performer B Real, who is the owner of Dr. Greenthumb’s dispensary franchise, is joining the cause this year in an effort made by local cannabis businesses to affect change in their communities.

Skid Row Xmas was started by cannabis entrepreneurs and founders of Dub Brothers, Barry and Brent Walker. As local Angelenos looking to affect change, Barry and his brother Brent created Skid Row Xmas to benefit the exponentially rising homeless population through the holiday season. This yearly event also follows Walker’s national Gobble Gobble Give initiative which fed over 30,000 people on Thanksgiving Day last month in over 24 cities across the country.

Bringing together top figures throughout the cannabis, music and entertainment community, Skid Row Xmas aims to give back to those who need it. Attending guests will also be eligible for raffles, prizes and various cannabis packages on-site with proceeds from the event going to purchase supplies and donate gifts for those less fortunate this holiday season.
