Jewel Records 'Mighty SONG Writers' Benefit Video

In the third episode of Mighty SONG Writers, a new video series to support Philadelphia-area nonprofit Mighty Writers, Grammy nominated singer/songwriter Jewel discusses the elementary school teachers who inspired her, the first book she fell in love with, and the tricks that helped her learn to read despite her dyslexia.

"I spent so much time worrying I wasn't good enough. When I stopped doing that and put that energy into going, 'what makes my brain unique or special?', things really changed for me," she says in between performing songs.
