Amazon Music needs a Senior Product Manager - Tech, Music Growth and Marketing

In this role, you will work with Data Scientists, Engineering teams, and other Product groups to develop strategies and solutions that address the unique identity needs of Amazon Music users. You are highly data-driven with strong analytical skills. You are relentlessly proactive, working backwards from both individual users and family groups to deliver innovative identity solutions through delightful and intuitive experiences. You are naturally curious and will apply your creativity by taking the lead on developing and driving strategic investments for Amazon Music's identity framework, diving deep into complex data to understand user behavior and household dynamics. You're able to quickly identify friction points that hinder users' ability to manage their accounts, profiles, and shared experiences. You use data to make informed decisions and to formulate an end-to-end strategy to improve the customer experience through seamless and secure identity management. You thrive in ambiguity and love the diversity of work that comes with an all-hands-on-deck approach. This role will define innovative identity experiences and coordinate with internal teams to create scalable and repeatable solutions.
